FREDERICTON (GNB) – A tobacco retailer in Bouctouche, Wagon Wheel Convenience / J.P.'s Ultramar, was recently fined $292.50 and had its tobacco licence suspended for a month, from May 1 to June 1, as a result of selling tobacco to persons under the age of 19.
The Department of Finance, in conjunction with the Department of Public Safety, took action against the retailer in accordance with Section 5(1) of the Tobacco Sales Act.
The retailer is located at 6102, Route 134, Bouctouche.
