Collective Bargaining Research Services provide comprehensive support for parties involved in collective bargaining as well as those doing research in the industrial relations field.

Parties involved in collective bargaining in the Province of New Brunswick.
Description
A database of all collective agreements filed with the Minister under the Industrial Relations Act is maintained and updated as required. Copies of collective agreements can be provided by: employer, union, industry, location and North American Industry Classification System.
Adhoc requests can be customized to include specific sectors, industries or regions on a variety of subjects including:
1. wages
2. contract provisions
3. recent settlements/outcomes
4. selected industries or unions
5. work stoppages
6. upcoming bargaining
Arbitration decisions are available upon request. Information is maintained by arbitrator, issue, employer and union.
