KEDGWICK (GNB) – Larry’s Gulch will again be open to the public through an annual lottery draw.

“I am pleased that we are offering this opportunity again to New Brunswickers,” said Tourism, Heritage and Culture Minister Bill Fraser. “Larry’s Gulch is one of the best destinations New Brunswick has to offer with a breathtaking natural landscape and world-class salmon angling opportunities. I encourage all interested anglers to enter the draw for a chance to have an unforgettable stay at the lodge.”

Interested individuals have until July 11 to apply for the draw online. A $10 application fee will be charged.

Applicants will require an Outdoors Card number in order to apply, which can be obtained by registering through the Department of Natural Resources’ e-Licensing system, at private vendors, or at any Service New Brunswick centre.

This year, trips will be drawn for August 13-15. Eight individuals will have their tickets drawn for these dates. Each winner will be able to bring one other person with them. They will be provided with fishing gear, guides, meals and accommodations free of charge.

The winners will also be required to purchase a salmon angling licence. Licences are available for purchase online, at vendors, and at all Service New Brunswick centres.
