Overview
The Used Oil Regulation (2002-19) - Clean Environment Act requires that any person transporting used oil must apply for and obtain a Carrier Approval to transport the used oil.
Eligibility
Any person wishing to transport in excess of 25 litres of used oil to, from, or within New Brunswick, unless expressly exempted from the requirement in accordance with N.B. Regulation 2002-19
Description
With the administration of an Approvals Program to fulfill the legislated provisions described above, The following are the major services that are provided through the Used Oil Approvals Program: Application Review, Approval development and issuance, and compliance verification.
