The tender to construct Les Résidences Jodin, the replacement nursing home in the Edmundston area, has been awarded to Springhill Construction Ltd. of Fredericton. Les Résidences Jodin will replace Foyer Saint-Joseph de Saint-Basile and Villa Des Jardins. It will have 180 beds, 24 more than its predecessors, and is estimated to cost $48.5 million.
